You may find these bigger companies trying to break into the Organic market, but true Organic food stores tend to show a strong loyalty to the small businesses and local organic farmers.

Shopping organic does tend to be more expensive, but when you consider your health and the amount of time and money you spending in your future due to health risks associated with non-organic, processed food, the price is negligible.
